Together ("the app", "we", "us") is a journaling app for couples, made by an individual developer (Maksims Racins, Riga, Latvia). This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and how you can control or delete it.

Once a week, the text of your and your partner's journal entries for that period is sent to OpenAI's API to generate a short written recap and insight for the two of you. Photos are not sent to OpenAI — only entry text, mood, and type are used. OpenAI processes this text to generate the report but does not use it to train their models, per their API terms.
We don't sell your data. We use these third-party services to run the app, each only for the purpose below:
Together is built around pairing with one partner via an invite code. Once paired, your partner can see your journal entries as part of shared weekly reports. Leaving a couple stops new entries from being shared, but past entries already included in a generated report remain visible to your former partner, since a report is a shared record of that week.
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. To delete your account and all associated data (entries, photos, reports, profile info), email us at mr.webdev.lv@gmail.com from the email address on your account. We'll confirm once it's done, typically within a few days.
Together is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 16.
If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data under GDPR. Contact us at the email above to exercise any of these rights.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
